Disciplinary records without "member identifiable information" will be retained for a period of time after the individual records are no longer subject to administrative use and after they are sealed or destroyed.
Disciplinary records shall remain in an employee’s personnel file for twenty-four (24) months of an employee’s active service in the workplace and, thereafter, may be considered in subsequent disciplinary actions for similar conduct.
