Memory Coupon Amount means, in respect of anyInterest Payment Date, the sum of the Fixed Interest Amount(s) paid on each of the previous Interest Payment Date(s).For the avoidance of doubt, following an Automatic Early Redemption Event, the Fixed Interest Amount will be paid on the Interest Payment Date immediately following the relevant Automatic Early Redemption Valuation Date. Related to Memory Coupon Amount

  • Coupon Amount means, in respect of each Nominal Amount, an amount calculated by the Calculation Agent as specified under "Coupon Amount" in the Product Terms or, if not specified there, calculated as follows:

  • Fixed Coupon Amount means the amount specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Calculation Amount means the Calculation Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Auction Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Amortization Amount means, with respect to any Principal Amount Repayment Date, the amount set forth opposite such Date on the Amortization Schedule.
