Member Rights definition

Member Rights means, in connection with any Pledged Collateral, all control rights of the owner of such Pledged Collateral, including without limitation all voting rights, all financial rights, all governance rights and all rights to be a member of and participate in the management of the business and affairs of the issuer of such Pledged Collateral, and all other rights and powers of such owner with respect to such issuer.

Member Rights means the rights granted to all members who are subject to the authority of the Association, by statute or this declaration, and cannot be taken away by resolution of the board of directors or the change of by-laws or by the non-payment of assessments.
