Member Library definition

Member Library denotes a single library or library system. See Attachment A, list of MSC members as of the date of this contract. MONTANA LIBRARY—A “Montana Library” is any library with an entry in the Montana Library Directory.
Member Library means a library which, having executed the Berks County Library System Membership Agreement with the County of Berks, effective January 1, 2022, and any subsequent amendments thereto, is a member of the Berks County Library System.
Member Library means a general member of OCLC as defined in its Code of Regulations.

  • The new Member Library shall sign a copy of the Intergovernmental Agreement for the purpose of acknowledging its commitment to assume the rights and fulfill the responsibilities of membership in SWAN, and shall transmit to the Secretary of SWAN a certified copy of the Ordinance or Resolution of such new Member Library providing for such signing and the signed Intergovernmental Agreement.

  • Upon request by the Member Library, TADL may consider, in its sole discretion, providing supplemental funding to the Member Library at the request of the Member Library based upon a change of circumstance or other good cause.


More Definitions of Member Library

Member Library and “Member Libraries” means a member institution of the Library Integrated Network Consortium.
Member Library means an online repository of various forms of content (e.g., video, audio, images, etc.) owned by Licensee, through which Licensed Content is available for download to Members.
Member Library means all records, in any form or medium, of the State and any Vermont school, public, academic, or special “member” library received and collected by Contractor in connection with the Contract, including but not limited to, Library Parton Data.

  • Library means a code module that cannot be installed or executed separately from an Application and that is developed by You in compliance with the Documentation and Program Requirements only for use with iOS Products, Apple Watch, or Apple TV.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • High-technology activity means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.803.

  • Public library means a library that is lawfully established for free public purposes by 1 or more counties, cities, townships, villages, school districts, or other local governments or a combination thereof, or by a public or local act, the entire interests of which belong to the general public. Public library does not include a special library such as a professional, technical, or school library.

  • Librarian means an educator who provides full-time library ser- vices and holds the relevant certificate from SBEC.

  • Sponsored research means research, training, and other sponsored activities as defined by the federal Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget:

  • Collaboration Technology means the Collaboration Know-How and the Collaboration Patents.

  • Qualified high-technology business means a business that is either of the following:

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • Stationary beam radiation therapy means radiation therapy without displacement of one or more mechanical axes relative to the patient during irradiation.

  • DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaborative law process means a procedure intended to resolve a collaborative matter without intervention by a tribunal in which persons sign a collaborative law participation agreement and are represented by collaborative lawyers.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Biomarker means a parameter or characteristic in a patient or Patient Sample, the measurement of which is useful (a) for purposes of selecting appropriate therapies or patient populations or monitoring disease susceptibility, severity or state, or monitoring therapies for such patient and/or (b) for predicting the outcome of a particular treatment of such patient.

  • Vector means a carrier that is capable of transmitting a pathogen from one organism to another including, but not limited to, flies and other insects, rodents, birds, and vermin.
