Member Dues definition

Member Dues means the annual dues payable by Participant pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement, based upon the selected Participation Level. Member Dues may be modified from time to time by the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Member Dues means the portion of the annual payments to RDA made by the Cities of Gary, East Chicago and Hammond and the Counties of Lake and Xxxxxx pursuant to IC 6- 3.6-6-9, IC 6-3.6-11-6(b), IC 36-7.5-3-1.7 and IC 36-7.5-4-2, to the extent required to be deposited in the fund established under IC 36-7.5-4-1 pursuant to the Revenue Trust Fund Agreement.
Member Dues means the portion of the dues paid to RDA by member institutions described in IC 36-7.5-4-2, as directed to be paid to RDA as provided in IC 36-7.5-3-1.7 and pledged by RDA for Lease Rentals on IFA RDA Member Bonds.

  • In the event that an Entity qualifies for more than one Segment, such Entity may join such other Segments as an Associate Member upon payment of the Associate Annual Member Dues for each Segment in which such Entity desires to participate as an Associate Member.

Member Dues means the additional revenue that is allocated each year for economic development purposes under IC 6-3.6-6-9 for making transfers required by IC 36-7.5-4-2 or to provide rail project funding as provided in IC 6-3.6-11-6(b).
