Member Community means any city, village, or township wholly or partly within the District’s stormwater service area.

Member Community means an Indian Band that has applied and been accepted by the directors as a Member Community of the Society, has executed the required Protocol Agreement, and has not withdrawn from the Society, under these bylaws.

• Prior to the Member Community issuing a notice-to-proceed for any MCIP Project related work or service, the Member Community shall provide the District a copy of the certification by the Member Community’s Finance Director that the Member Community Funds have been lawfully appropriated by the Member Community for the Project.

• The Member Community shall submit requests to modify the budget, deadlines, deliverables, or other components of the Project to the District Representative for approval at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the execution of the modification.

Member Community means any city, county, or special purpose government entity within the watershed that enters into this Agreement.

Member Community or “Members" means, individually or collectively, the Village of Arlington Heights, the Village of Barrington, the Village of Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove Village, the City of Evanston, the Village of Glencoe, the Village of Glenview, the Village of Hoffman Estates, the Village of Inverness, the Village of Kenilworth, the Village of Lincolnwood, the Village of Morton Grove, the Village of Mount Prospect, the Village of Niles, the Village of Palatine, the City of Park Ridge, the City of Prospect Heights, the City of Rolling Meadows, the Village of Skokie, the Village of South Barrington, the Village of Wheeling, the Village of Wilmette, and the Village of Winnetka.

Member Community or “Member” currently means the following current SOCRRA members: Berkley, Beverly Hills, Birmingham, Clawson, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Huntington Woods, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, Pleasant Ridge, Royal Oak, and Troy.

Member Community means one of the four member bands of the Northern Secwepemc te Qelmucw people, namely Tsq’escen’ (Canim Lake Indian Band), Xgat’tem/Stswecem’c (Dog Creek/Canoe Creek Indian Band), Xats’ull/Cmetem’ (Soda Creek/Deep Creek Indian Band), and T’exelc (Williams Lake Indian Band).

Member Community means those communities that comprise the boundaries of the Association, as determined from time to time by the Minor Hockey Association of Calgary (Hockey Calgary); and

Member Community means a member community of the WRRMA as of the Effective Date or as added as a Member Community during any Term or extension of this Contract.
