Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.
Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
Final Availability Date means the earlier of the Revolving Termination Date and one (1) Business Day prior to the date specified in clause (a) of the definition of Revolving Termination Date.
Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.

Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the July 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.
Leverage Increase Period has the meaning specified in Section 7.11(a).
Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing November 29, 2002.
Loss Horizon Ratio means, as of any date of determination, a fraction (expressed as a percentage), (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate initial Unpaid Balance of all Receivables originated by each Originator during the immediately preceding four Settlement Periods then most recently ended and (b) the denominator of which is the Net Portfolio Balance as of the Cut-Off Date of the most recently ended Settlement Period.
Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.
Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.
Year 3 means the tax year preceding the current tax year.
Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.
Year 2 means the year after year 1; year 3 means the year after year 2, year 4 means the year after year 3, and so on; and
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.
Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
Base Year Value means the assessed value of eligible property January 1 preceding the execution of the agreement plus the agreed upon value of eligible property improvements made after January 1 but before the execution of the agreement.
Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.
First Year means the intake group of Students for the most junior class or year in a school.
Annual limit on intake or "ALI" means the derived limit for the amount of radioactive material taken into the body of an adult worker by inhalation or ingestion in a year. ALI is the smaller value of intake of a given radionuclide in a year by the reference man that would result in a committed effective dose equivalent of 0.05 sievert (five rem) or a committed dose equivalent of 0.5 sievert (fifty rem) to any individual organ or tissue. ALI values for intake by ingestion and by inhalation of selected radionuclides are given in appendix C to rule 3701:1-38-12 of the Administrative Code.
