Medical Superintendents with Right of Private Practice or "Medical Superintendent" means a Medical Practitioner appointed to perform administrative and clinical duties in accordance with clause 4.2 and who is also engaged in the private practice of Medicine.

BMPs include treatment requirements, operation procedures, and practices to control plant site runoff, spillage or leaks, sludge or waste disposal, or drainage from raw material storage.
