Medical Baseline Program definition
Medical Baseline Program means the Medical Baseline program or any replacement program therefore pursuant to which certain Obligors who have special energy needs due to qualifying medical conditions receive a higher baseline at the lowest baseline price.
Medical Baseline Program means the program administered by the Utility Distribution Company that provides a financial benefit to customers who have special energy needs due to qualifying medical conditions, and any successor program thereto.
