Mechanical Container definition

Mechanical Container means and includes any detachable metal container designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a loader/packer type of garbage truck used by the Contractor.
Mechanical Container means a dumpster, Roll-Off Container, Compactor, or other large container that is placed on and removed from a Person’s Premises with mechanical equipment, and used for the Collection of Solid Waste or Source Separated Recyclable Materials. However, Garbage Carts and Recycling Carts are not Mechanical Containers.
Mechanical Container means a dumpster, compactor, roll-on/roll-off container, or other large container that is dropped-off and picked up with mechanical means and used for the collection of Residential Waste, Commercial Waste, or Construction and Demolition Debris.

Examples of Mechanical Container in a sentence

  • The labels shall be placed on at least two (2) sides of each Mechanical Container.

  • The Contractor shall maintain and repair each Mechanical Container as needed to ensure that the container is free from holes, broken hinges, broken doors or door fasteners, broken wheels, broken lids, or other defects.

  • At a minimum, the Contractor shall maintain each Collection vehicle and Mechanical Container in compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

  • The Administrator shall have the exclusive authority to determine whether a Commercial Customer must use a Mechanical Container or a Garbage Cart.

  • Exterior container means a MIL-STD-129 defined container, bundle, or assembly that is sufficient by reason of material, design, and construction to protect unit packs and intermediate containers and their contents during shipment and storage. It can be a unit pack or a container with a combination of unit packs or intermediate containers. An exterior container may or may not be used as a shipping container.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Storage container means a device in which sealed sources or radiation machines are secured and stored.

  • Outer burial container means any container which is designed for placement in the ground around a casket or an urn including but not limited to containers commonly known as burial vaults, urn vaults, grave boxes, grave liners, and lawn crypts.

  • Shipping container means a MIL-STD-129 defined exterior container that meets carrier regulations and is of sufficient strength, by reason of material, design, and construction, to be shipped safely without further packing (e.g., wooden boxes or crates, fiber and metal drums, and corrugated and solid fiberboard boxes).
