Measuring Interval definition

Measuring Interval means, for any Monthly Payment Date, the three-calendar-month period beginning at the start of the fifth calendar month before the calendar month of the Monthly Payment Date, and ending at the end of the third calendar month before the calendar month of the Monthly Payment Date. For example, for the Monthly Payment Date of December 31, 2017, the Measuring Interval shall be August, September, and October of 2017.

  • Measuring Date means November 18, 2010.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Measuring Period means the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ended on the last day of the Fiscal Quarter most recently ended as to which operating statements with respect to a Real Property have been delivered to the Lenders.

  • Measurement means metered volumes at a custody transfer meter through a turbine, Coriolis, or such other meter.

  • Measurement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).
