McLeodUSA definition

McLeodUSA means McLeodUSA Incorporated, a Delaware corporation.
McLeodUSA or the "Borrower"), the lenders from time to time party thereto (the "Pre-Petition Lenders") and JPMorgan Chase Bank ("JPMCB"), as Administrative Agent and as Collateral Agent (in such capacities, the "Pre-Petition Agent"), and (ii) the Credit Agreement dated as of April 16, 2002 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "Exit Credit Agreement", and together with the Pre-Petition Credit Agreement, the "Credit Agreements") among McLeodUSA, the lenders from time to time party thereto (the "Exit Lenders", and together with the Pre-Petition Lenders, the "Lenders") and JPMCB, as Administrative Agent and as Collateral Agent (in such capacities, the "Exit Agent", and together with the Pre-Petition Agent, the "Agent").
McLeodUSA means McLeodUSA Information Services, Inc., and any references to Splitrock or Splitrock Services, Inc.

Related to McLeodUSA

  • Networks the Local Area Network, network equipment, computer systems, and local cable infrastructure, at the Sites, to which the Service will be connected.

  • Wireless means any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service transmitted over frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum.

  • Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.
