MCEP definition

MCEP. – means the packaging waste scheme Member compliance evidence policy and relates to scheme members bringing PRNs to the scheme generated by their own waste streams
MCEP as defined in the preamble hereto.
MCEP shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • The Stockholders have previously entered into an Assignment Agreement dated as of September 7, 1999 (“Assignment Agreement”), by and among themselves whereby each of MCEP(F), Monitor Consulting and MCGLP (as the successor in interest to Monitor Company, Inc.) assigned, among other things, all voting rights associated with their shares of Company Common Stock to MCEP.

  • The County may suspend or terminate this Contract if the District/sub-recipient materially fails to comply with any term of the County's MCEP contract with Department.

  • Submit documentation of reviews and comments to the Owner and MCEP.

  • For purposes of implementing the joint undertaking established by this Contract, the County's Board of Commissioners and the District/sub-recipient's Board of Directors hereby agree to coordinate with the County's MCEP contract liaison, the project engineer, and a designated representative of the District/sub-recipient.

  • In-class Participants: Missing a scheduled day in the classroom is a serious breach of the commitment parents make to the MCEP.

  • Tabarru ” means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.
