Material Security Problem definition

Material Security Problem means a security breach in DRM, or a security breach attributable to COMPANY or to any Embedded System that is a violation of Section 2(k) of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement or any of the terms of this PDDRM Restrictions Schedule, or which otherwise defeats in any way the protective settings in the DRM Flags in licenses for ASF Content.

Related to Material Security Problem

  • Environmental Loss means any loss, cost, damage, liability, deficiency, fine, penalty or expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, engineering and other professional or expert fees), investigation, removal, cleanup and remedial costs (voluntarily or involuntarily incurred) and damages to, loss of the use of or decrease in value of the Equipment arising out of or related to any Adverse Environmental Condition.

  • Tax Filing Authorised Person means such person as any Director shall designate from time to time, acting severally.

  • Material Document Defect As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.

  • Environmental Clean-up Site means any location which is listed on the National Priorities List, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Information System, or on any similar state or foreign list of sites requiring investigation or cleanup, or which is the subject of any pending or threatened Proceeding related to or arising from any alleged violation of any Environmental Law, or at which there has been a threatened or actual Release of a Hazardous Substance.

  • Environmental Complaint shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.
