Material or Materials definition

Material or Materials means the components and parts necessary to manufacture the Customer’s Products under this Agreement, and shall be either:
Material or Materials means the articles, materials, supplies, goods or other items constituting the subject matter of the Purchase Order;
Material or Materials means, unless otherwise specified, anything and everything other than persons or the Contractor’s equipment, which is manufactured, processed or transported to the Site, or existing on the Site, and incorporated in the completed works.
