Master Specification Document (MSD) definition

Master Specification Document (MSD) means a comprehensive controlled document, approved by Sophia, that defines the procedures and methods by which IDT will manufacture Commercial Products (in a form similar to the MSD attached hereto as Exhibit A), and that can be changed only with the prior notice and approval of Sophia. Whenever possible, Commercial Products will be organized into product classes that have product specifications and process requirements consistent with the MSD groupings included in Exhibit B, as amended from time-to-time.

Related to Master Specification Document (MSD)

  • Key Information Document (KID) : means the document prepared by the Issuer to enable an investor to compare the key features, risks, rewards and costs of the securities underlying the Plan.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Key Information Document means the key information document which aims to provide clear and comparable information about a product in a stand-alone, standardised document.

  • Exception Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
