Master examiner definition

Master examiner means a driver training instructor licensed under chapter 46.82 RCW, or a teacher certificated under the provisions of chapter 28A.410 RCW, to teach driver's education, who has been trained and certified by a department technical specialist or master examiner auditor and endorsed by the department as meeting the qualifications, education, and training standards for training and certifying instructors in the delivery of knowledge and skills exami­ nations.
