Margin Return Amount definition

Margin Return Amount means with respect to any Valuation Date, the amount by which the Value of the Transferred Margin as of that date (adjusted to include any prior Margin Delivery Amount and to exclude any prior Margin Return Amount, the Transfer of which, in either case, has not yet been completed) exceeds the Margining Requirement.

Margin Return Amount means, with respect to any Purchased Asset, any amounts paid to Seller by Purchaser pursuant to Article 4(c) with respect to such Purchased Asset.

  • Upon a demand made by you on or promptly following the Valuation Date, if the Value of the Transferred Margin exceeds the amount of the Margining Requirement, then we will Transfer to you such Equivalent Margin having a Value as of the date of Transfer as close as practicable to the applicable Margin Return Amount (rounded down to the nearest integral multiple).

  • On the later of (a) the date of termination of this Agreement and (b) when we determine that no obligations are outstanding from you to us, we will also Transfer to you Equivalent Margin having a Value as of the date of Transfer equal to the Margin Return Amount calculated as if the Margining Requirement were then zero.

  • Return Amount has the meaning specified in Paragraph 3(b).

  • Step-Down Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Required Pro Forma Note Balance over (y) the Pro Forma Note Balance on such Distribution Date, calculated for this purpose only without deduction for any Step-Down Amount (i.e., assuming that the entire amount described in clause (x) of the definition of “Principal Distributable Amount” is distributed as principal on the Notes); provided, however, that the Step-Down Amount in no event may exceed the amount that would reduce the positive difference, if any, of (i) the Pool Balance minus (ii) the Pro Forma Note Balance, to an amount less than 0.50% of the initial aggregate principal balance of the Receivables.
