Margin Delivery definition

Margin Delivery means the payment or transfer of Margin from you to Cambridge, or from Cambridge to you, as the case may be.
Margin Delivery means as defined in Section 4.1.1.

  • In respect of each Valuation Date, if the amount of the Margining Requirement exceeds the Value of the Transferred Margin, then you will immediately Transfer to us Acceptable Margin having Value as of the date of the Transfer at least equal to the applicable Margin Delivery Amount (rounded up to the nearest integral multiple).

  • Delay Delivery Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which all or a portion of a related Mortgage File is not delivered to the Trustee or to the Custodian on its behalf on the Closing Date.
