  • Each Bank agrees to make a Revolving Loan in an amount equal to its Pro rata share of such Revolving Loan on the date of the Mandatory Request, subject to no conditions precedent whatsoever.

  • Mandatory Requirements means those requirements described herein, which shall be fully satisfied in order for any Proposal to be considered by the City as a qualified Proposal.
