Mandatory Project definition

Mandatory Project means collectively the Redevelopment Project and the Station Development Project;
Mandatory Project is any Project other than an Accepted Project if the Party that voted in favor of the Project (the "Project Sponsor"), whether SBC or Will▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ects pursuant to Section 6 to require that the Project be undertaken. The Parties shall each dedicate resources sufficient to complete an Accepted or Mandatory Project. Any employees who work on a Project shall remain the employees of the Party who designated them to work on the Project and shall not be considered employees of the other Party or the Alliance.
Mandatory Project means the Project components, which are mandatory to be developed by the Developer and shall comprise of the components as more particularly described in Schedule B;

  • Further, all aspects of the Station Development Project, shall be executed in compliance with the Drawings and Specifications provided in Agreement and the Schedules and if not, appropriate specifications and Detailed Design & Drawings for the Mandatory Project shall be prepared by the Developer (and approval / no- objection obtained from the PMC in respect thereof).

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Developer’s failure to complete the Project or any other obligations the Developer may have under this Agreement by the Mandatory Project Completion Date will constitute a default under this Agreement without any requirement of notice of or an opportunity to cure such failure.

  • This technique shall be employed by the Developer during implementation of the Mandatory Project.

  • The reports, documents and data provided by the works programme shall be an accurate representation of the works for the Mandatory Project, and the works remaining to be accomplished, and shall provide a sound basis for identifying problems, deviations from the planned works and for making decisions and shall enable timely preparation of the same for presentation to the PMC.

  • Except for those Projects which the Supplied Party will build or pay for as a Mandatory Project, the Supplied Party will not be required to make any initial capital or ongoing investment beyond the commitment of business pursuant to the Alliance Pricing system and the Alliance Agreements.

  • Each Party will cooperate with the other and use its best reasonable efforts to integrate a Mandatory Project into the existing infrastructure of the Parties' networks.

  • SunEdison and the JV Entity shall then confirm such Target Purchase Prices as part of the review of the Mandatory Project Due Diligence.
