For the avoidance of doubt, failure of the stockholders of the Company to elect any Purchaser Designee to the Board of Directors shall not affect the right of the Purchaser to nominate directors for election pursuant to this Section 4.07 in any future election of directors.
The Company will make all information requests pursuant to this Section 4.07(c) in good faith in a timely manner that allows the Purchaser and each Purchaser Designee a reasonable amount of time to provide such information, and will cooperate in good faith with the Purchaser and each Purchaser Designee in connection with their efforts to provide the requested information.
