Management Manual means those regulations, procedures and techniques set forth in the current edition of New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency' s Property Management Policy and Procedure Manual, and all subsequent revisions thereto, which is available and on file at the Agency.

  • Procurement Manual means the Procurement Manual under the Standard Operating Procedures prepared by the Borrower and endorsed by ADB, which sets forth procurement-related policies and procedures for externally-financed projects and programs;
