Management Leave definition

Management Leave. Though administrative overtime is uncompensated, the Fire Chief may grant paid management leave to any manager during the year, at his or her sole discretion, in recognition of extraordinary uncompensated overtime. Such discretionary management leave shall be in addition to annual management leave otherwise provided in this Agreement, and subject to the same terms as discretionary management leave awarded to other Group II Managers under the citywide Management Performance and Compensation Plan.

Examples of Management Leave in a sentence

  • Employees whose date of hire is on or before June 30, 2002 may accumulate up to 1500 hours of Time Management Leave.

  • Employees whose date of hire is on or after July 1, 2002 may accumulate up to 1040 hours of Time Management Leave.

  • This Section applies to employees who were hired on or before the date of the adoption of these Rules, and who have accrued Time Management Leave.

  • Time Management Leave is no longer available to County employees.

  • Employees with more than twenty (20) years of continuous employment with the County shall be paid one hundred percent (100%) of any remaining accrued Time Management Leave.

  • Employees may retain their accrued Time Management Leave and use it as paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, or personal leave, upon approval from the employee's Administrative Director or Elected Official.

  • Employees with more than fifteen (15) years of continuous employment with the County shall be paid ninety-five percent (95%) of any remaining accrued Time Management Leave.

  • Unused Management Leave will not be carried over to the next fiscal year.

  • Regular employees whose date of hire is on or after July 1, 2002 and who are subsequently terminated or separated from employment for reasons other than retirement shall be entitled to cash compensation at one-hundred (100%) percent of up to 300 hours of accrued Time Management Leave.

  • Employees who retire from County employment shall be entitled to cash compensation at one-hundred percent (100%) of the first 900 hours of their accrued Time Management Leave.

  • Management Contract means the contract executed between the treasurer and a program manager.

  • Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.
