Management Assessment definition

Management Assessment. We verify and assess management and organizational lines by reviewing the Project Management Plan to review the lines of reporting, the governance structure, and the number and timing of resources available to the project to assess whether there is adequate managerial and technical oversight planned and implemented. We also assess whether these project structures are effective and allow for the coordination, communication, and management of the needed project resources and supports across the enterprise, so agencies and departments are not working independently of each other.
Management Assessment has the meaning specified in Section 10.14(b).
