Managed Lanes definition

Managed Lanes means the US 36 Managed Lanes and I-25 Managed Lanes, together with all improvements, technology, signage, and all Assets used to enable Tolls to be charged in accordance with the Concession Agreement.
Managed Lanes has the meaning assigned to it in the Concession Agreement. “Management and Finance Services Agreements” has the meaning assigned to it in Appendix A to the MSA.
Managed Lanes means Limited Access Highway lanes located within the Property that increase traffic efficiency by using various design and operational strategies (including congestion priced tolls), including the Electronic Toll Collection System for such lanes.

  • Managed care means a system that provides the coordinated delivery of services and supports that are necessary and appropriate, delivered in the least restrictive settings and in the least intrusive manner. Managed care seeks to balance three factors:

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Managed Assets means the Fund’s net assets, including assets attributable to any principal amount of any borrowings (including the issuance of commercial paper or notes) or preferred shares outstanding.
