Maintenance Licence definition

Maintenance Licence means this maintenance licence and includes all Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Annexures to it.
Maintenance Licence means any licence granted in accordance with clause 6.5(b) in connection with any of the Maintained Off-Freeway Facilities in the form set out in Exhibit D. Maintenance Principles has the meaning in the PSR. Major Default means any of the following events:

Examples of Maintenance Licence in a sentence

  • If there is any conflict or inconsistency between this Maintenance Licence and the Project Agreement, the provisions of the Project Agreement will prevail.

  • The expert will act as an expert and not as an arbitrator and must take into account the terms of this Maintenance Licence, the matters required to be taken into account by the Supplier in accordance with this clause 9 and any other matter considered by the expert to be relevant to the determination.

  • All rights and obligations in accordance with this Maintenance Licence survive the execution and delivery of any transfer or other document which implements any transaction in accordance with this Maintenance Licence.

  • If the day on or by which anything is to be done in accordance with this Maintenance Licence is not a Business Day, that thing must be done no later than the next Business Day.

  • Any provision of this Maintenance Licence which seeks, either expressly or by implication, to limit or exclude any Liability of a party is to be construed as doing so only to the extent permitted by Law.

  • LMA's obligations‌ The appointment of a delegate to perform some or all of the rights of LMA under this Maintenance Licence does not limit the rights or obligations of LMA under this Maintenance Licence.

  • Except as expressly permitted or contemplated by this Maintenance Licence, Project Co must not, in connection with the Project or otherwise, directly or indirectly hold out or permit to be held out to any person any statement, act, agreement, matter or thing indicating that the Project is being carried on or managed or supervised by LMA nor may Project Co act as or represent itself to be the servant or agent of LMA.

  • The appointment of a delegate to perform some or all of the rights of the Project Proponent under this Maintenance Licence does not limit the rights or obligations of the Project Proponent under this Maintenance Licence.

  • The appointment of a delegate to perform some or all of the rights of LMA under this Maintenance Licence does not limit the rights or obligations of LMA under this Maintenance Licence.

  • Each Off-Site Infrastructure Maintenance Licence terminates on the Expiry Date.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;

  • System License means a right to use certain DS Offerings for a specific database instance or as may be otherwise indicated in the Product Portfolio. If the name of the DS Offering includes a specific reference to “Departmental Site License”, such DS Offering shall be used only within a particular department of Customer at a particular office, building or physical location which shall be identified in the Transaction Document. Token Based. Use of a DS Offering granted in Token Based mode provides a right to use a determined number of tokens for the duration of the license. Tokens are reserved for one (1) use at a time and when released, are available for other uses. The quantity of tokens required for a given use of the DS Offering is determined in the Product Portfolio and/or in the Documentation, and may be changed in the event of modifications to such DS Offering. Pool of tokens of same type can be accessed and used simultaneously by one or several authorized Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users and/or Machines, as applicable within the limit of the number of available tokens.
