Maintenance by Contract definition

Maintenance by Contract. Means Employees that have been dispatched by the Contractor Employer to be at the disposal of a Plant owner for the purpose of performing basic maintenance service on Industrial work only. Sublet labour – ten percent (10%) less than the applicable rate.
