MACRO AGREEMENT means the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated January 21, 1997 between the Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, The Berkus Trust dated September 17, 1993 and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Charitable Remainder Unitrust dated January 13, 1997.

Related to MACRO AGREEMENT

  • WTO Agreement means the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, done at Marrakesh on 15 April 1994.

  • PILOT Agreement means the Agreement for Payments in Lieu of Ad Valorem Taxes entered into by and among the Board, the Company, the City and the County.
