LUXY Application definition

LUXY Application means LUXY's proprietary lead generation and related services application(s), including, without limitation, the Website Application and/or the Device App, licensed by LUXY to Partners that enable Partners to seek, receive and fulfill on-demand requests for Transportation Services by Clients seeking such Transportation Services. LUXY Application includes, without limitation, access to LUXY's software, websites, payment services (as described in Section 3 above), and related support service systems, as may be updated or modified by LUXY from time to time in its sole discretion.

Examples of LUXY Application in a sentence

  • If you do not increase your average rating above the Minimum Average Rating within any such LUXY-prescribed time period, LUXY reserves the right to deactivate your access and use of LUXY Application.

  • Such receipts are also provided to you via email or the Partner portal available to you through LUXY Application.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Clients may elect, at any time, to cancel requests for Transportation Services that have been accepted by you via LUXY Application.

  • You acknowledge and agree that LUXY's provision of LUXY Application to you creates a direct business relationship between LUXY and you.

  • To minimize confusion of multiple messages to Clients associated with their Rides, 's Drivers shall not use any 'app' other than the LUXY Application to communicate with Clients and may be subject to a penalty for using any other ‘app’ that communicates with Clients during the provision of Transportation Services.

  • You acknowledge and agree that, for the mutual benefit of the parties, through advertising and marketing, LUXY may seek to attract new and incremental Clients to LUXY and to increase existing Clients' use of LUXY Application.

Related to LUXY Application

  • Third Party Application means applications licensed from third parties which connect with or interoperate with the Software.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Registration Application means an application for registration of this Agreement as a planning agreement on the title of the Land pursuant to Section 7.6 of the Act in a form approved by the Registrar General;
