Luming definition

Luming is as defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Luming in a sentence

  • The final RMB wire transfer shall be made by Sellers no later than five months and two weeks following the Closing Date, so long as Sellers have received, by such date, no less than the aggregate sum of $7,750,000 into the United States Account, under both this Agreement and the Luming Agreement.

  • Furthermore, in no event shall the liability of Buyer or Luming, individually or collectively, pursuant to this Agreement or to the Luming Agreement, to Sellers or any Seller Indemnified Person (as defined in this Agreement and in the Luming Agreement), exceed in the aggregate the sum of $9,600,000.

  • SDS means safety data sheet, the written listing of data for the chemical substance.

  • GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.

  • Insight as used in this clause, means technical visibility into the Program, maintained through audit, surveillance, assessment of trends and metrics, software independent verification and validation, the flight readiness review process, and review or independent assessment of out-of-family anomalies occurring in any phase of the program.

  • Enterprises means CMS Enterprises Company, a Michigan corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer.

  • IDT means intradepartmental transfer.
