Both L.S.G.I and the “COMPANY” have the liberty to terminate the agreement with mutually agreed terms and conditions on one month advance notice, in the event of violation of any terms and conditions by either party.
The payment of the Annual Maintenance Charge shall be made as 100% advance by the L.S.G.I to the “COMPANY” within seven days after the signing of the agreement.
