LPL Board definition

LPL Board means the Board of Directors of LPL.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the LPL Board (upon the recommendation of the nominating committee of the LPL Board) shall, only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable Law, the rules of any stock exchange on which the LPL Common Stock is listed and the FINRA rules, modify the composition of any such committee to the extent required to comply with such applicable Law, the rules of any stock exchange on which the LPL Common Stock is listed and the FINRA rules.
