Lounge Area definition

Lounge Area has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2, below.
Lounge Area means the area of the ground floor of the Hotel designated as the "Lounge Area" on the Site Plan.
Lounge Area as defined in the Consolidation Agreement shall be re-designated and named as “Area 3”; and

Examples of Lounge Area in a sentence

  • Upon written acceptance made by ELIXIR, the Suitable Area or the relevant part thereof shall be regarded as part of the Lounge Area and ELIXIR shall be entitled to place Machines at such area (subject to approval of the relevant lay-out plan by the Machines Operation Committee as contemplated under Clause 1.8(c) above) as it deems appropriate (provided always that the total number of operating Machines on all EGT Areas as a whole does not exceed 640 seats).

  • Refer also Exhibit A, Renters Rules and Regulations, and Exhibit B, Green Space /Lounge Area Rules and Regulations attached hereto.

  • The parties agree that of these 200 seats of Machines, ELIXIR shall place an initial 120 seats at the existing lobby lounge area and the area outside the Darling Darling lounge, which form part of the Lounge Area.

  • Upon written acceptance made by ELIXIR, the Adjacent Area shall be regarded as part of the Lounge Area and ELIXIR shall be entitled to place Machines at such area (subject to approval of the relevant lay-out plan by the Machines Operation Committee as contemplated under Clause 1.8(c) above) as it deems appropriate (provided always that the total number of operating Machines on all EGT Areas as a whole does not exceed 640 seats).

  • In addition, the City’s Planning Director may recommend feasible modifications to the TDM Plan, including, without limitation, that Developer shall make available to all employees providing on-site services to the Theater, including the Lounge Area on a continuing basis a Metro EZ public transit pass (or equivalent multi-agency monthly transit pass) at a subsidized rate of no less than 50% of the cost of the transit pass.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Developer’s election to construct the Theater with the Lounge Area as depicted in Figure 11B of the Project Plans or construct the Theater without the Lounge Area in accordance with Figure A of the Project shall not require City’s consent or approval, other than ARB approval (if required) and the City’s normal ministerial building permit requirements.

  • Alternatively, the Lounge Area could be used for additional Theater space or Theater concession areas, depending upon the needs of the Theater Operator.

  • In connection with the local hiring program, Developer shall conduct at least one on-site job fair targeted towards recruitment of local resident candidates for employment providing services to the Theater, including the Lounge Area, if any, at least fourteen (14) days before recruitment is opened up to general circulation for the initial hiring by the Theater Operator.

  • Figure 11A of the Project Plans illustrates the conceptual layout of the Project without the Lounge Area.

  • Figure 11B of the Project Plans illustrates the conceptual layout of the Project with the Lounge Area.

Related to Lounge Area

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Campsite means any place where bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established, or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of the Unit including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Unit but shall exclude the area covered by external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area.
