LOT FLAGPOLE definition

LOT FLAGPOLE means a lot so named because of the long, slender strip of land, resembling a “flagpole” that extends from the public or private right-of-way up to the typically rectangular portion of the lot. These “flagpoles” generally share a common driveway inside an ingress-egress easement for means of access to each lot.
