Long-term Temporary definition

Long-term Temporary means a person who is engaged under the PSM Act for a period of twelve months or more.
Long-term Temporary means a person who is engaged under the PSM Act for a period of 12 months or more. Manager means a person who has responsibility for planning, organising and leading a work unit or group activity. Miscarriage is as defined under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). National Employment Standards means Part 2-2 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), as amended from time to time.
Long-term Temporary. Long term temporary openings, which are defined as those that are expected to and or do exceed sixty 90 days, will be filled on a temporary basis through the normal bidding and selection procedure as described in this Article. When a leave exceeds 12 months, the position will then be filled as a permanent open position. This does not include special leaves of absence as noted in Article IX, section 6.
