Log-on definition

Log-on or “sign on” means the use of your user ID and password in combination to gain access to the computer system.
Log-on means the unique user name and password details provided hereunder to Customer enabling access to those Services available through the Web-site;
Log-on means the identification and authentication process by which a Named User uses their Autodesk ID to gain access to Autodesk Account and/or Access Benefits. “Named User” is You or an individual Personnel authorized by You ,in accordance with Autodesk instructions specific to Your Subscription for single-user, to Install and Access Benefits. Unless otherwise authorised by Autodesk in writing, each Named User must (i) be identified by a unique user id (“Autodesk ID”) and (ii) be individuals, not groups or generic Log-Ons. “Software Coordinator”: an individual Personnel designated by You or Your Contract Manager for administering particular Benefits. The Software Coordinator will receive certain Benefit availability notices and will be responsible for receiving shipment of any physical Benefits, if any, for the applicable group. “Switched Subscription” means a Subscription for single-user to an Autodesk software program (a) which is a successor to or substitute for Your Subscription for single-user to the Covered Software, (b) is provided to You, the party who has acquired this Subscription for single-user to Covered Software, and (c) for which Autodesk generally charges a separate fee or makes available solely to customers under a Relationship Program. Whether a Subscription for single-user to an Autodesk software program is a Switched Subscription may be specified on Your order confirmation or license identification. Whether a Subscription for a single-user to a particular Autodesk software program is a Switched Subscription, and whether You have met the qualifications to purchase a particular Switched Subscription, are determined by Autodesk. “Subscription for single-user”: means the Relationship Program offered generally by Autodesk referred to as “Subscription for single-user” or “term licensing” program or plan, under which Autodesk may provide (among other things) a limited term license to (a) version(s) of Covered Software and associated Benefits.

Log-on. SECURITY: Your session will be automatically logged off if you have reached your current timeout period without activity. This is to reduce the risk of unauthorized use if you inadvertently leave your computer unattended with the Service open. The servers hosting the Service have been certified byCertificate Authority” to assure you that you are actually talking to Service instead of someone pretending to be the Service. Depending on the age of your browser, you may see that “Certificate Authorities” have expired. If this happens, you must update it on your browser. The Service will pass an encrypted cookie to your computer during your Online Banking sessions. These cookies do not collect any personal information about you. The cookies allow you to process several transactions without re-entering your Security Code for each transaction. The cookie is destroyed when you log off of Online Banking, close your browser, or turn off your computer.
Log-on means the unique user name and password details provided hereunder to Subscriber enabling access to those Services available through the RPA Manager; “Markit” means Markit Group (UK) Limited or its Affiliate(s); “Outputs” means such information (in whatever medium) as is provided to Subscriber by Markit as part of the Service that are provided through the RPA Manager or made available for Subscriber to download by secure FTP or through the web-based secure download system known as Sharefile, or through a third party data service provider, if any, as the case may be;

  • Down time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).

  • Reference Month means the calendar month for which the level of the Inflation Index is reported as specified in the applicable Final Terms, regardless of when this information is published or announced, except that if the period for which the Relevant Level was reported is a period other than a month, the Reference Month shall be the period for which the Relevant Level is reported.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Valuation Business Day means, with respect to each Reference Currency, any day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, that is neither a legal holiday nor a day on which commercial banks are authorized or required by law, regulation or executive order to close (including for dealings in foreign exchange in accordance with the practice of the foreign exchange market) in the city or jurisdiction indicated in the table below:

  • Close of Business means 5:00 p.m. (New York City time).

  • Family day system means any person who approves family day homes as members of its system;

  • non-business day means Saturday, Sunday and any other day that is a holiday as defined in the Interpretation Act (Canada);

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.

  • Ordinary time earnings means the salary, wage or other remuneration regularly received by the employee in respect of the time worked in ordinary hours and shall include shift work penalties, payments which are made for the purpose of District or Location Allowances or any other rate paid for all purposes of the award to which the employee is entitled for ordinary hours of work. Provided that "ordinary time earnings" shall not include any payment which is for vehicle allowances, fares or travelling time allowances (including payments made for travelling related to distant work), commission or bonus.

  • CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.

  • Connection Date means the date when the Carrier having received the relevant information from the Company is in a position to and has agreed to commence provision of the Fixed Network Services to the Customer;

  • Determination Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong, London and New York City;

  • Near Real Time means that Qwest's OSS electronically receives a transaction from CLEC, automatically processes that transaction, returns the response to that transaction to CLEC in an automatic event driven manner (without manual intervention) via the interface for the OSS function in question. Except for the time it takes to send and receive the transaction between Qwest's and CLEC's OSS application, the processing time for Qwest's representatives should be the same as the processing time for CLEC's representatives. Current benchmarks using TCIF 98-006 averages between two (2) and four (4) seconds for the connection and an average transaction transmittal. The specific agreed metrics for Near Real Time transaction processing will be contained in the Performance Indicator Definitions (PIDs), where applicable. "Network Element" is a facility or equipment used in the provision of Telecommunications Service. It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Real-time Energy Market means the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges for quantity deviations from the Day-ahead Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Canadian Business Day means a day of the year on which banks are not required or authorized by law to close in Toronto, Ontario or in Mxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx or New York, New York.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • New York Business Day means each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday which is not a day on which banking institutions in New York City are generally authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.

  • Relevant Business Day means a day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system which utilises a single shared platform and which was launched on 19 November 2007 (TARGET2) is open for the settlement of payments in EUR.

  • Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00pm and at or before midnight.

  • Delay time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 10 per cent of the final reading (t10) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point.

  • School business day means any calendar day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal and school holidays upon which the office of the Superintendent is open to the public for business. A school business day concludes or terminates upon the closure of the Superintendent’s office for the calendar day.
