Local units definition

Local units means a city, village, township, county, or an authority created by or pursuant to state law, or any combination thereof if authorized by state law to act jointly.
Local units means, collectively, the County and the local government units within the County, including, without limitation, municipalities, boards of education for school districts, local authorities and any other local government instrumentalities, public bodies or entities, that have participated in the County's renewable energy program for the financing, design, permitting, acquisition, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of the Renewable Energy Projects.

  • If these changes would result in the need for amendments of any permits or licenses issued by Federal, State or Local units of government, these amendments shall be obtained prior to submitting a modified plan and shall be attached to this plan.
