Local Link definition

Local Link means the link or transmission medium (E1's) from Telmex's PDIC to the Local Operator Presence Point or Local Operator Equipment, provided such equipment is in the same city than Telmex's PDIC. o E1 NAL. Number of National Links or National E1's requested by the Local Operator.
