Local Bargaining Unit definition

Local Bargaining Unit means Superior North Unit of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association (O.E.C.T.A.)
Local Bargaining Unit or "Local Union" is used in the Master Agreement, it shall refer to and mean the originally or subsequently certified Bargaining Unit comprised of employees at a particular locale or organizational entity which became and is now part or may become a part of the Unit.
