Loan Communications definition

Loan Communications means, collectively, any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material provided by or on behalf of any Loan Party pursuant to any Margin Loan Documentation or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed by any Agent or any Lender by means of electronic communications pursuant to this Section, including through an Approved Electronic Platform.

Examples of Loan Communications in a sentence

  • This Agreement and any document, amendment, approval, consent, information, notice, certificate, request, statement, disclosure or authorization related to this Agreement (each a “Loan Communication”), including Loan Communications required to be in writing, may be in the form of an Electronic Record and may be executed using Electronic Signatures.
