  • End Load Shares shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as "Front-End Load Funds." Funds that issue CDSL Shares shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as "CDSL Funds." Front-end Load Funds and CDSL Funds may individually or collectively be referred as "Load Funds." Under this Agreement, the following provisions shall apply with respect to the sale of, and payment for, Load Shares.
