LLC Technology definition

LLC Technology means Foreground Technology owned by LLC pursuant to Article II, including without limitation Research Technology.
LLC Technology means the technology created by or on behalf of the LLC during the Term with rights to sublicense; provided that enhancements, improvements or derivatives of CombiChem Technology shall be CombiChem Technology as set forth above and that enhancements, improvements or derivatives of Catalytica Technology shall be part of Catalytica Technology pursuant to the CAT License.
LLC Technology means (i) Technology conceived, developed, discovered or otherwise acquired under a Work Plan by the Company pursuant to Section 10.3(ii) which is funded by the Members in accordance with their Percentage Interest which directly relates to KFx Technology; (ii) Technology conceived, developed, discovered or otherwise acquired under a Feasibility Study or by the Company in any other manner which directly relates to KFx Technology; (iii) Technology conceived, developed, discovered or otherwise acquired by licensees and sublicensees of any K-Fuel Technology which directly relates to KFx Technology, and (iv) Technology conceived, developed, discovered or otherwise acquired under a Work Plan or Feasibility Study that is not directly related to KFx Technology but which is designated as LLC Technology by Unanimous Member Action, support for such designation by each Member not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Only if Sybersafe, LLC determines that these alternatives are not reasonably available, Sybersafe, LLC may terminate Your Usage Rights granted under this ▇▇▇▇ upon written notice to You and will refund You a prorated portion of the fee You paid for the Sybersafe, LLC Technology for the remainder of the unexpired Usage Term.

  • Any breach of your payment obligations or unauthorized use of the Ad Journal LLC Technology or Service will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.

  • If Sybersafe, LLC grants You Usage Rights in the applicable Sybersafe, LLC Technology on a trial, evaluation, beta, or other free-of-charge basis (“Evaluation Software and Services”), You may only use the Evaluation Software and Services on a temporary basis for the period limited by the license key or specified by Sybersafe, LLC in writing.
