Litter Fee definition

Litter Fee means the charge due to Glasgow Life by the Supplier as detailed in the Application should any litter be left at
Litter Fee shall have the meaning given in Clause 4.1.2.

Examples of Litter Fee in a sentence

  • If the Supplier leaves rubbish, equipment or other structures at the Location they will be liable for the Litter Fee and will be invoiced by Glasgow Life.

  • Inappropriate disposal will result in a Litter Fee due by the Supplier and Glasgow Life may ban the Supplier from any future event.

  • If the Supplier leave any items behind within the Location, Trade Stand or surrounding area including, but not limited to, waste, furniture, structures or equipment the Supplier will be charged a Litter Fee and invoiced by Glasgow Life.

  • If the Supplier leaves rubbish, equipment or other structures at the Location they will be liable for a Litter Fee and will be invoiced by Glasgow Life.

Related to Litter Fee

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • User Fee means all charges, costs, fees, tariff and other amounts by whatever name called, collected by the Developer from the users, pursuant to this Agreement, for usage of the Project.

  • Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

  • Hookup fee means a fee for the installation and inspection of any pipe, line,

  • Processing Fee means the amount to be paid by the Tenderers in consideration of cost of bid document.
