Listed Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 7.10.

Examples of Listed Transactions in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 3(b), any of the above Listed Transaction(s) shall be entered into and consummated by the Company only upon such terms and conditions as shall be acceptable to the board of directors of the Company in the exercise of its sole and absolute discretion, and no Success Fee shall be payable hereunder unless the Company so elects to consummate a Listed Transaction.
