Limited Support definition

Limited Support means the provision of existing Service Packs, and existing Patches and Fixes necessary to maintain the software in substantial conformance with the Documentation. Hitachi does not provide support for software releases that are older than two prior versions of the current version.

  • Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees that access to and use of the Application is provided to Licensee by the System Supplier and that FedEx is neither providing the Services nor charging Licensee a fee for access to or use of the Application or for providing the Limited Support Services, if any.
