Lien Instruments definition

Lien Instruments means all of the Initial Lien Instruments, as the same may be amended, renewed and restated from time to time.
Lien Instruments means all of the First Lien Instruments and the Second Lien Instruments.
Lien Instruments is hereby amended to mean the Lien Instruments, as amended by the Lien Instrument Amendments, as the same may be modified or amended from time to time. The Term "Property" shall mean each individual property subject to a Lien Instrument and the term "Properties" shall mean collectively all of the properties subject to the Lien Instruments.

  • It is the intent of the parties that this Amendment shall not constitute a novation and shall in no way limit, diminish, impair or adversely affect the lien priority of the Lien Instruments.

  • All of the liens and security interests securing the Loan, including, without limitation, the liens and security interests created by the Lien Instruments, are hereby ratified, reinstated, renewed, confirmed and extended to secure the Loan and the Note as modified hereby.

  • Each of the Notes is cross-defaulted with the others, and Grantor has granted to Grantee a lien on properties described in the Other Lien Instruments in addition to those described herein as additional security for the Notes, all as further described in the Master Loan Agreement.

  • Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.

  • Trade Instruments means any performance bonds, advance payment bonds or documentary letters of credit issued in respect of the obligations of any member of the Group arising in the ordinary course of trading of that member of the Group.

  • Surety Instruments means all letters of credit (including standby and commercial), banker's acceptances, bank guaranties, shipside bonds, surety bonds and similar instruments.

  • Security Instrument A written instrument creating a valid first lien on a Mortgaged Property securing a Mortgage Note, which may be any applicable form of mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt or security deed, including any riders or addenda thereto.

  • Mortgage Instruments means such title reports, ALTA title insurance policies (with endorsements), evidence of zoning compliance, property insurance, flood certifications and flood insurance (and, if applicable FEMA form acknowledgements of insurance), opinions of counsel, ALTA surveys, appraisals, environmental assessments and reports, mortgage tax affidavits and declarations and other similar information and related certifications as are requested by, and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to, the Administrative Agent from time to time.
