LIDB definition

LIDB is as described in Attachment 2 of this Agreement.
LIDB means one or all, as the context may require, of the Line Information Data Bases owned individually by ILECs and other entities which provide, among other things, calling card validation functionality for telephone line number cards. A LIDB also contains validation data for collect and third number-billed calls, which include billed number screening.
LIDB means Line Information Database.

  • The General Terms and Conditions of the Interconnection/Resale Agreement shall govern this LIDB Storage Agreement.

More Definitions of LIDB

LIDB. (LINE INFORMATION DATA BASE(S)) means a Service Control Point (SCP) database that provides for such functions as calling card validation for telephone line number cards issued by Sprint and other entities and validation for collect and billed-to-third services.
LIDB. (LINE INFORMATION DATA BASE(S)) shall have the meaning set forth in the Local Exchange Carrier Line Information Database, Report and Order, A.F.C. R.C.D. 7130 (1993).

Related to LIDB

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Login means a unique username, which allows Clients to access Trading System, and further allows to access into the Trading System after entering the username and Password.
