Licensed Server definition

Licensed Server means a single Server, to which additional JVMs and Cores may be added as specified in an Order Form, with a license to execute or run the Provider Technology and authorized to receive Services.
Licensed Server means a single physical computing device consisting of a specific number of physical CPU cores, owned or leased by Licensee or contractors under Licensee’s control for which Licensee has paid the applicable deployment license fees required to authorize Licensee to deploy and use Applications on such physical device. Licenses for Licensed Servers are priced on a standard or academic, platform specific, per product, per physical core basis.
Licensed Server means the single Server to which a Server License is assigned.

Examples of Licensed Server in a sentence

  • A Server License grants the right to use a Server Product on one (1) Licensed Server.

  • Upon transfer of the Software to a new designated server in accordance with the foregoing requirements, the new designated server will be deemed a Licensed Server.

More Definitions of Licensed Server

Licensed Server means the server or appliance (defined by the host ID identified by You to Check Point when obtaining the License Key) which enables the Product to operate in accordance with the Licensed Configuration.
Licensed Server means the servers identified by you in your account at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx which are owned by and remain under your sole care, custody and control. If such Licensed Server is be hosted by an internet service provider (ISP) for your benefit, you shall be responsible for all content on the Licensed Server, as well as access to and security for such content.
