Licensed Languages definition

Licensed Languages means the English and Spanish languages.
Licensed Languages means each of the following languages, applicable per Territory as indicated on Exhibit B: English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch, French, German, Neutral Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Licensed Languages means the original language of each Program and, to the extent available, subtitles and dubbed versions in Spanish and Portuguese.

Examples of Licensed Languages in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if multiple DVD and/or Blu-ray Disc versions of a single Included Program were released in a Territory, Licensor shall determine in its sole discretion which such version(s) determine the Extra Content and Licensed Language(s).

  • To the extent a single Included Program has different Extra Content and/or Licensed Languages on different DVD and/or Blu-ray Disc releases, the release version(s) to be used hereunder shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.

  • If Licensor exercises such right of withdrawal, Licensee shall, as soon as practicable after receipt of such notice from Licensor (which shall be no later than two (2) Business Days after such notice, in exigent circumstances as determined by Licensor, or five (5) days after such notice otherwise), remove the Extra Content and Licensed Language(s) from the Licensed Service so that it cannot thereafter be Streamed or Electronically Downloaded from the Licensed Service.

  • To the extent that a Licensed Language Copy is not available, all costs of any subtitling and dubbing in the Licensed Languages, including, without limitation, direct out-of-pocket costs of duplication/encoding, shipping and forwarding charges and insurance, shall be borne by Licensee.

  • For clarity, Netflix shall exhibit each Title in each country of the Territory with the default language set to one of the Licensed Languages; provided, that the end-users of the Netflix Service may elect to view a Title with or without subtitles or dubs, and the end-user is permitted to set/change his or her default settings in such end-user’s discretion.


More Definitions of Licensed Languages

Licensed Languages means, for each Title hereunder, all languages, (including without limitation each Delivered Language) specified in Schedule A.

Licensed Languages with respect to the Programs shall mean all languages and dialects.Format(s)” means the underlying premise of the Miniseries and any and all rights in such format, including, without limitation, derivative rights, along with all parts, segments, or elements of and any, including, without limitation, synopses, narrative developments, scripts, titles, games, (interactive) applications, know-how, instructions, documentation and data, scripts, flow-charts, underlying databases, music, the manner and style in which the subject matter of such television format is presented, including, but not limited to, title sequences, theme music, game graphics, “look and feel”, logo, type of presenters, any commonly recurring phrases and any other distinctive features, as well as any local modifications thereto and as the same may from time to time be amended.

Licensed Languages means the language(s) in which the Licensee is permitted to translate the Program to and broadcast in, as specified in Section 4 of the Specific Terms;

Related to Licensed Languages

  • Speech-language pathology means the care and services provided by a licensed speech-language pathologist as set forth in the member state's statutes and rules.
